Dear Archana

Many thanks. I edited based on your insightful comments.  Here is a clean
version and one with track changes, so that you can see where I made
changes.

I do think we should cover both govt/aided and unaided/unrecognized
schools, with a few questions for each of them specifically at the end -
partly because Pramod's /Gautam's School Leader group covers both, and
partly because I think we need to cover the unaided schools.  But let's
discuss.

Also, as this can actually be a high frequency survey - the proposal was to
have it every 2 months - let us also think what we might want to focus on
in the next survey.  The overall purpose is to get some information from
the ground on how the school re-opening is occurring.
