I will prefer if it is done directly on the google doc both to ensure 
intention of the person entering is fully catered to :-) and  to avoid
double work

Even if multiple people are editing the doc at the same time, it should
be ok - for one we  will get intimation about multiple person
accessing/editing from small icons on top right of screen and secondly
we will be entering data on different rows (we can always give a gap of
few lines and then enter our row to play safe)
