[Core] Demonstration of the portal to the TN Education Department

Dear Rishikesh

I am sharing version 2 of the Guidelines in which I have added the note
prepared by Ranjani on the academic aspects the school guidelines, to
the note submitted by Sajitha to Kerala education department (version
1). Please submit to the Commissioner when you meet him today.

We will also plan to make a slide presentation from this document to
present at the meeting tomorrow at DSERT. Request inputs and suggestions
both on this note and on the presentation tomorrow morning at DSERT. As
of now, Anchal (APF), Niranjan and I are in this meeting with DSERT.
Mythili and Brinda are unable to join. Should I check with any others
for participation?
