good initiative, but i think this letter is far too long and disjointed 
(way beyond the media's attention span). a few suggestions:

- shorten drastically (e.g. drop all this NITI Aayog stuff, it's 
unnecessary; and shorten the discussion of fortification, it's tangential)

- put something like this at the top, as a title: "Eggs in midday meals 
are welcome, but why just 3 eggs a week and 7 districts?" (as of now, 
it's only on page 3 that one gets to learn that this is the main point)

- move demand 5 to the top of the list of demands

- avoid too many "side shows" (and repetitions)

easier said than done, i know - sorry!
