Letter has been  drafted by 'right to food' group in Karnataka to which
Niranjan and I have added comments.

Request comments/suggestions to this letter. I think we have a couple of
days to do this.. and then the right to food group will share the
finalized letter for endorsements.

I suggest that  NCEE should be a signatory. Also we should strongly push
for eggs in mid day meals to counter  the very alarming nutrition status
amongst Indian children
