cartoon. If Niranjan and Marzia can help with Kannada and Hindi
translations, we can aim to share  with media contacts by around 4 pm.

Great idea ! 
Do you have any illustrators /designers?  It would be great to have some
one capture the image of hordes of children trapped on the other side of
the river, and the bridge being raised, while children are falling off.
