[Core] Childrens day

Tomorrow is childrens day... and i think NCEE should make a short press
release on what our children need ... elaborating on some of the demands
in the 'A Future at Stake'

I will draft a short note and share tomorrow morning for
comments/feedback...    we could try to get a hindi, Kannada version out
as well

(else we can share on social media). suggestions welcome
