The National Coalition on the Education Emergency (NCEE) in 
collaboration with Jan Jagran Shakti Sangathan (JJSS) is organizing a 
webinar on the findings of a recent study "*Where Are the Kids?: The 
Curious Case of Government Schools in Bihar*." The webinar will discuss 
the bleak reality of the Bihar Public School system, based on a study 
conducted in 40 primary and 41 upper-primary government schools in 
Araria and Katihar districts of Bihar by JJSS.
