[Research] 2-pager draft outline

Hi Marzia,
I have used your notes and notes from one of our papers on the impact of
the pandemic to come up with a framework for the fact sheet.
We need to think of a suitable and catchy title.
We can further cull out the most important statistics and points from the
framework and use them in the fact sheet.
