[Core] [Maharashtra] Letter to present to Varsha Gaikwad

I added some suggestions to the letter (itfc.education at gmail.com) to the
google doc

You should submit the research brief and the school opening guidelines
from NCEE with your covering letter, apart from any other documents you
may submit

The guidelines has a long and a short  (9 pager) version. The Research
Brief is in Hindi and in English.

You can email soft copies of all documents and carry printout of what
you think will be useful to hand over personally
