You should also carry the research brief and the short guidelines
(attached) which can help you to emphasize also the 'renew' aspect -

that when schools open, they should look at a longer period of say 6
months (remaining part of this academic year) as a period to bring back
students into regular learning processes and focus on  language, math
and socio-emotional learning aspects.  Not start with grade level text
books or go for short term bridge course/remedial teaching.  The latter
will lead to large scale school dropout. this message will be equally
important to convey. Also say TN, Karnataka, UP are considering such
option seriously.
